Peter and Dawn MacKenzie are the founders of Embracia. For more than 25 years they have continued their passion to be a family company with family values. Through big ideas, hard work and commitment of family and staff, Embracia has firmly established a reputation for quality and innovation, and become an active advocate for the best outcomes for our elderly in aged care and retirement villages.

From simple beginnings in small residential aged care, Embracia now operates nursing homes in Victoria and Queensland, cares for more than 800 residents across nine aged care homes and employs just under 1000 staff. Embracia has diversified into retirement villages built adjacent to two of our nursing homes on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
