Design

Within the Home, there are a number of separate ‘communities’ each with their own permanent staff, and their own sense of belonging and ’family’.

Each community has its own dedicated living areas to enjoy, including lounge, dining room and cosy sitting rooms where you can enjoy all the social advantages of group living.

Then, when it’s time to relax, retreat to the haven of your own room, enjoying the comfort of private ensuite, built in wardrobes, thermostatically controlled heating, ceiling fan and phone point, as well as a nurse call system.

Lifestyle

All of the members of the Embracia on Ashley community benefit from the rich, lifestyle opportunities of their idyllic grounds, local neighbourhood – and the special resources and activities we have available at the Home. It’s up to you, you can:

• Make your own fun.
  It’s your life, and it’s up to you how you live it – but if you need any help, you couldn’t find a more dedicated crew to help make it happen than our friendly staff.
• Take advantage of our structured programs and facilities.
  If you need a little assistance to enjoy life to the fullest, take advantage of our lifestyle programs or just relax. The choice is yours.
• Or soak up the area’s many other attractions.
  A group of dedicated volunteers are regularly there to take you out regularly for shopping and all the other attractions in the neighbourhood.

Care

At Embracia on Ashley we do not have separate high and low care communities, which means you can remain in your community as your needs change over time.

• 24-hour Registered Nursing coverage.
  This is supported by Personal Carers and a dedicated lifestyle team complemented by visiting specialists such as therapists and allied health professionals.
• The right level of specialist care for you – we’re fully accredited to provide top quality memory support, respite care, high care and low care, in accordance with your needs.
• Extras for your comfort.
  We also provide a limited number of Extra Service high care places for those who are used to, and can afford, those extra luxuries of hotel-style living such as wine with meals, wider choice of menu, and other of life’s little luxuries.
