At Embracia we provide 24-hour nursing and personal care. Our qualified, professional care teams include Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers. Our Aged Care homes also have a dedicated Lifestyle team.
Respite care
Knowing that a loved one is being properly cared for with us at Embracia allows families to take a break with confidence and return to caring with renewed enthusiasm.
Palliative care
If you require palliative care you can be confident that Embracia offers both high-quality staff, carers and facilities to support you.
Memory Support care
If memory support and a little more security is needed, all our Embracia homes offer warm, friendly support staff and specialist carers trained in dementia care, as well as some accredited nurses in Dementia Care Mapping.
